Ben Jackson is the Vice President of HR Technology & Analytics at AT&T leading edge Health Care experiences and operations for over 1 Million active and retired employees plus their dependents totaling $5B annually in Health Care spend for the company.
Ben is known for far more than his benefits expertise, constantly focusing on process improvement and simplification. In a previous role, Ben was the Director of Savings Plan Operations overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company’s 401(k) plans and the $36B of plan assets. As a role model for creativity and innovation, Ben introduced Your Money Matters, a communication program focused on improving the financial skills of AT&T employees. In 2012, Your Money Matters was recognized by the White House, and AT&T was one of three companies asked to present at the President’s Advisory Council
on Financial Capability.
Prior to joining AT&T, Ben was a Senior Consultant at Deloitte driving results in the areas of Retirement Plan Consulting, HR M&A Support and Vendor Search and Selections. He focused on the Defense Industry as well as Telecommunications, where AT&T was his client for three years. Ben holds a bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Georgia. In 2015, Ben was recognized as a Workforce Game Changer by Human Capital Media. Ben lives in Dallas, TX with his wife Sarah. He is actively involved with the Boys and Girls Club of Dallas where he serves on the Board of Directors.
