Chantell Reagan Sell has more than 20 years of managed care pharmacy experience. She spent 10 years working at Independence Blue Cross in various capacities, including as the manager of clinical pharmacy services. She served as the co-chair of the Pharmacy and Therapeutics (P&T) Committee and the clinical implementation leader of Medicare Part D, managed a team of clinical pharmacists and transitioned to various pharmacy benefit managers (PBMs). She continued to provide managed care pharmacy consulting services for various PBMs over the next 10 years, including P&T coordination, integrated reporting, RFP and medical home services.
Chantell is currently theDirector and National Pharmacy Practice Clinical Lead. She promotes clinical activities to meet the individual client, organizational and marketplace needs. She oversees the Rx Collaborative PBM clinical relationships, as well as Marketplace Intelligence and Clinical Innovation Hubs She is the chair of the Willis Towers Watson P&T Committee and is also actively involved in population health, innovation and intellectual capital for the firm. She works closely with vendors to evaluate market trend data and provide clinical programs based on client needs.
Chantell holds Bachelor of Science and Doctor of Pharmacy degrees from the University of the Sciences in Philadelphia. She has been a member of the Academy of Managed Care Pharmacy since 1997.
