Gina Conflitti

Dr. Conflitti has over twenty years of experience as a clinical leader, physician

executive and innovator in the managed care industry. As a recognized strategic leader, she has led the design of innovative care management programs and other clinical initiatives that focus on improving health outcomes and supporting new growth opportunities through business development activities.

Prior to Platinum Health Consulting, Dr. Conflitti worked for Cigna as their Chief Medical Officer for the Medicare Division. She also held various roles within Aetna including Chief Medical Officer for the Medicaid Division and Chief Medical Officer for National Accounts. 

She received her doctor of medicine degree from Wayne State University School of Medicine and her MBA from the University of Massachusetts Isenberg School of Management. She is board certified in internal medicine. Currently, Dr. Conflitti serves as the Chair of the Board of Directors for the American Charter Schools Foundation and also serves as the Treasurer of the Kaizen Education Foundation.

She resides in Scottsdale, Arizona with her husband and has three adult children. She loves to travel, enjoys an active lifestyle, especially hiking, spinning, and yoga.
